Refund Policy

At Pink Ribbon Coaching (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to providing thoughtful, empowering coaching experiences for individuals navigating breast cancer. We also understand that sometimes plans change.
This Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations and refund requests for our services.

1. Coaching Sessions

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur any fees.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or miss your session without notifying us, the session fee is non-refundable and the session will be considered forfeited.

Refunds

  • Individual Sessions: Refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
    A full refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Coaching Packages: If you purchase a multi-session package and choose to discontinue before completing all sessions:

    • You may request a pro-rated refund for any unused sessions, provided you notify us within 14 days of your most recent session.

    • Refunds are based on discounted package rate.

2. Group Programs, Workshops, and Events

  • For group programs, workshops, or special events, refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the start date.

  • After that time, fees are non-refundable, as space is limited and preparation costs are incurred.

  • In some cases, we may offer credit toward future services instead of a refund.

3. Exceptions

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, especially for those managing health challenges.
If you experience a medical emergency or extraordinary circumstance, please reach out to us directly at info@pinkribboncoaching.com. We will do our best to work with you compassionately on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name

  • The date and type of service you booked

  • The reason for your request

We will respond within 2 business days to assist you.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed coaching sessions

  • Missed sessions without prior notice

  • Services or products marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all future purchases.
